CASTSCREEN END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Please read this agreement. By installing or using CastScreen ("the Software") you accept it.
1. LICENSE
The Software is licensed, not sold. You may install and use the Free edition on any number of your own

Pro features are unlocked by a licence key. One Pro key may be used by the person who bought it on their
own devices. You may not share, resell or publish Pro keys.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not copy, redistribute or sell the Software, remove or bypass its licence checks, or reverse
engineer it, except where the law gives you that right despite this restriction.
3. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE
The Software includes third-party components, notably FFmpeg, which are licensed under their own terms
(see THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt). Nothing in this agreement restricts your rights under those licences. The
FFmpeg source code corresponding to the bundled build is available from https://www.gyan.dev/ffmpeg/builds/
and https://ffmpeg.org/download.html.

the Software and is published on the CastScreen website.
6. NO WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Streaming quality and delay depend on your hardware,
network and the receiving device.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AUTHOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE. THE AUTHOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY
IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot be
limited by law.
8. YOUR CONTENT
You are responsible for what you stream. Do not use the Software to capture or share content you have no right
to share, such as protected video that you are not licensed to display.
